This one is like a few of the previous ones, (particularly Kihloa,) in that a friend of mine, TheHazardousTaco, drew the original design and gave the backstory to the character. I'll expand more on that in their actual reference when it's made, but in addition to that, another friend of mine drew a sketch which influenced some of the design changes especially on the shirt, tail and wings. So all three of our minds together came up with this one in a way.

Also, she's supposed to be more pale than the tones would suggest, but I couldn't think of a way to depict that without using stark white, which would've been a bad idea. I probably should've thought of that ahead of time and sketched her in a different sketchbook. But often times, I just start drawing and then turn it into someone specific as I go along.

Also, yes she's a dragon. There's your answer to the question I didn't hear yet. I also noticed that she's the only blonde female character that I've drawn of mine yet. And that apart from one of the ones coming from TERA, I have no others.

[Updates:] Week 2 is over! Polls are up too. This is just for fun, but I guess I could expand one the winners of each one digitally later or something.
 
  This is just an additional journal to display them all by week as a better archive than the scraps. Since I've only been keeping the most recent one in the main gallery, hopefully this'll provide a better perspective for anybody that wants to see them
