[Update - September 20th, 2016]
I didn't actually change anything about this one, but I'd venture to call it an oldie but goodie. Just like my friend Ktarl who's turning age whatever today! Hope you're having an awesome day today! For those of you who don't really dig back into older pages, enjoy this blast from the past where I actually tried to integrate a character into a background. You may notice she has the same face as (__insert character that I've drawn__). That's correct! And not intentional...q.q 

Head's kinda weirdly shaped too. Face is like...lower than it should be. I really hadn't quite figured out hair yet either. This is much older than I thought...XD

But it was a nice try at a fuller scene, definitely. I'll have to try more interiors at some point.

    The last art trade is here! It definitely feels good to be done with that...of course, then the Kiriban ticked when the views skyrocketed. Sounds like more people seem to want my artwork somehow now. I'll have to work out some solutions for that, but yeah...still one more drawing to go, but I've already completed it up to flat color. Probably the fastest I've gone through the stages of a drawing before. I wish I hadn't done it so late in the night, so that I could've finished it right then. XD

Also, about the drawing itself, there's not much different in terms of process that I did other than improvising the bed sheet thing. Never drew one before, so while it does give the illusion of being right on a glance, it's not totally there yet. I'll have to give drapery a proper try sometime.

And I guess I also did more highlights than usual...and a background, no less. From that poll a while ago, those seem to be favored quite a bit. :3
